Display the appropriate dataview by performing the
necessary steps (Reports->Dataviews->...).
Left click on the row that begins the selection period you
would like to print. This row will become highlighted blue.
Hold down the 'Shift' key and left click on the row that
ends the selection period you would like to print. This will
highlight all of the rows between the first and the last blue.
Hold down the 'Ctrl' key and left click on any other rows
you would like to add to the selection. These rows will also
become highlighted blue.
Left click on the 'Options' button in the upper right
portion of the window and then left click on 'Print Selection'.
A window will be displayed showing the selected rows.
Left click on the 'Print To
Default' button or the 'Print/Fax...' button to print to the
appropriate printer.
