Late slip notifications will
appear within the Arrival Data section of the Billing Area window
on the Billing Plane if a driver arrives to or departs from a stop
location more than 15 minutes late.
Within the Arrival Data section,
if a driver arrives at a location more than 15 minutes after the
scheduled arrival time, a late slip notification suggestion will
appear in the column to the left of the Arrival Time column. (For
Postal Carriers, this signifies the possible need for a 5500.) If
a driver departs a location more than 15 minutes after the
scheduled departure time, a late ship notification suggestion will
appear in the column to the right of the Depart Time column.
Late slip notifications appear as
a segment of time. The time shown indicates how late the driver
arrived or departed. (Ex: If a late slip
indicates 01:00 and appears in the column to the left of the
Arrival Time column, the driver arrived at that location an hour
later than the scheduled arrival time to that location. If a late
slip indicates 00:30 and appears in the column to the right of the
Depart Time column, the driver departed from that location a half
hour later than the scheduled departure time.)
All late slip notifications are
suggestions and initially appear in BLUE.
They must be updated, validated and/or rejected. To update a late
slip notification:
