Using WebTrek to View Assigned Routes, DOT Logs and Payroll Information

Purpose & Scope

Users (primarily drivers) will follow the steps below to access WebTrek to view assigned routes, DOT logs and driver timesheets.

Procedure

  1. Open your internet browser (Explorer, Firefox, etc.) and type the following in the address bar: drivers.loadtrek.net

  2. Press the 'Enter' key. This will display the WebTrek login page.

  3. Enter your Driver Code and Driver Password. Note: The driver code and password are the same series of numbers used to sign on to the keypad.

  4. Enter the Company ID. Note: The Company ID is the name of the database.

  5. Click 'Login'. This will display the Driver Section window listing driver number, driver name, current time zone and three interface areas: Routes, DOT Logs and Time Sheet.

  6. Follow the on screen instructions to view and/or print the appropriate information within each area.

  7. Click the 'Map' icon to view turn by turn directions of the chosen route. Next, click the print icon in the upper right corner of the map to print these directions.

  8. Close your browser to exit the WebTrek application.
