Changing the Default Origin and Destination for a specific user

Purpose & Scope

LoadTrek users will follow the steps below to change the default origin and destination settings. These default settings determine the assigned origin and destination locations when users assign a load to a driver in the Route Plane.

Procedure

1. If the Route Plane is open, click on the 'Close Plane' button located in the center buttons tree.

2. Left click on the text 'Setup' located in the top toolbar. This will open the default settings window.

3. Left click on the desired user name located on the left side of the window.

4. Left click on the radial button labeled 'Routes' located in the center portion of the window.

5. Edit the first 2 fields labeled 'Default Origin' and 'Default Destination' by typing the desired location or using the pull down menu to select the desired location.

6. Once the chosen locations are displayed, left click on the 'Close Form' button.

7. Users may now open the Route Plane and assign loads to drivers using the new origin and destination locations.
