Open your internet browser (Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla,
etc.)
In the search bar at the top of the window, type
'install.loadtrek.net', this will direct you to the loadtrek.net
website.
Click on the link titled 'Install .NET Framework 2.0' and
follow the prompts to install this software. Note:
If you are prompted that .NET Framework 2.0 is already installed
on your pc, continue to step 4.
Click on the link titled 'Install LoadTrek.net' to
install the client.
When prompted to indicate the installation location,
remove the 'Program Files' folder from the installation path.
Example: If prompted to install to the
location 'C:\Program Files\Amruso\loadtrek.net', remove
'\Program Files' so the path reads 'C:\Amruso\loadtrek.net'.
A Login window will appear titled 'LoadTrek Login Area.'
and consisting of five text boxes.
Fill in the appropriate information provided by the
LoadTrek support staff and click 'Login'. Contact
Loadtrek support if you have not been provided with the
necessary information.
Once logged in, the software will begin to download the
latest version. This download process will be viewable in the
lower right hand corner of the screen next to the word
'Progress'
When the download is complete, you will be prompted by
the message 'Updates are ready to be installed'
Click on the words 'Install Updates' located in the
upper right corner of the main form, then click 'Proceed'.
Once the updates have been installed, you will be
prompted to log in. Log-in using the same process in step #6.
You now have access to the database for your
organization and you can begin utilizing the Loadtrek software
solution
