Error when switching to Invoice view in Billing Plane

Problem

When using QuickBooks Enterprise 7.0 or Professional 7.0 editions and switching to the invoice view in Billing Plane the following error occurs:

Class error [class number]. Error retrieving COM component.

Reason: QuickBooks installation was upgraded to 7.0 from a previous version without upgrading necessary connectivity components.

Solution

· Restart LoadTrek.net

· Goto File -> Download Supporting Components -> QuickBooks

· Click OK to download notification

Components will download which may take a few minutes and installation will begin automatically. Note: If prompted to select 'modify', 'repair', or 'uninstall' be sure to select 'repair'. Complete the installation wizard, then attempt to switch to the invoice view in the Billing Plane. Your problem should be resolved.
